Good technology education does more than provide instructions. It gives people the context and confidence to make informed decisions for themselves. That means listening first, removing unnecessary jargon and treating every question with respect.

Psyphen combines technical depth with thoughtful communication and practical teaching experience.
Co-Founder
I’m a fourth-year Software Engineering student at Carleton University with hands-on experience across software development, computer hardware and electronics. I’ve completed numerous software projects using multiple programming languages and regularly work with computers, embedded systems and emerging technologies. I bring that technical foundation into patient, practical instruction that helps people understand how technology works and use it with greater confidence.
Co-Founder
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Ottawa, supported by practical experience in coding, computer hardware and technology instruction. My combination of technical knowledge and communications training allows me to explain unfamiliar concepts clearly, adapt to different learning needs and create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions.
Learning moves at the pace of understanding, not a preset script.
Every lesson connects to decisions and tasks people encounter in daily life.
Questions are welcomed, knowledge is never assumed and people retain agency.
